Represented by Zhao Youbing, a paper-cutting artist, the paper-cutting workshop has launched paper-cutting trainings, lectures and fairs in Chenghua Distirct. Mr. Zhao exhibits this art by holding traveling paper-cutting shows in communities to share paper-cutting skills, train paper-cutting teachers and teach residents more about this art, which gives residents something new to do during their free time. The paper-cutting workshop has produced an excellent and practical paper-cutting teaching material: Teacher Zhao’s Art of Paper-cutting. This teaching material includes 14 short paper-cutting lessons on mobile platforms, so residents can learn paper-cutting art whenever they want.
